About Altamonte Family Practice

As a leading primary care family practice, Altamonte Family Practice serves the cities of Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Winter Park, Maitland, Orlando, and surrounding communities. In 1990, Dr. Andrew Krupitsky joined the practice and helped to transform it into a well-established family medical practice specializing in internal medicine, women’s health, dermatology, sports medicine, and pediatrics. Altamonte Family Practice cares for the entire family of all ages.

Andrew E. Krupitsky, D.O.

Andrew E. Krupitsky, D.O.

Andrew E. Krupitsky, D.O. who is Board Certified in Family Practice, started his association with Altamonte Family Practice in August, 1990. After undergraduate studies at Tufts University, he graduated from the NY College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. Postgraduate studies included an internship at Richmond Height General Hospital (Ohio) and a Family Practice Residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey.

After residency, Dr. Krupitsky completed a military scholarship commitment at MacDill AFB, FL as a medical officer for three years. He served as chairman of the Family Practice Department of Florida Hospital for two years. Remaining involved in hospital medical affairs for six years, Dr. Krupitsky completed a two year term as Chief of Staff at Florida Hospital Altamonte. His leisure interests include cycling, golf, and classical music.

Cynthia Bridges, APRN, FNP-C

Cynthia Bridges, APRN, FNP-C

Cynthia Bridges, APRN, FNP-C rejoined Altamonte Family Practice in July 2015. She was a member of the Altamonte Family Practice team from 1998 through 2006 when she left to pursue her nursing career. She has come full circle and returns to us to work in the field of Family Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2009. She graduated from Graceland University Family Nurse Practitioner Program in April 2015 with a Masters of Science in Nursing and became board certified in May 2015. Cynthia has been a critical care nurse in the community since 2008.

Cynthia comes to us with 19 years of experience in health care, ranging from family practice to critical care. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has a passion for community health and preventative care and is dedicated to providing quality care to patients across a lifespan.

Jennifer Rapp, ARNP, FNP-C, CEN

Jennifer Rapp, ARNP, FNP-C, CEN

Jennifer Rapp, ARNP, FNP-C, CEN began her nursing career in healthcare working as a clinical assistant while she earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Seminole State College in 2013. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2015. Jennifer continued her nursing education through the completion of her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College in 2022 and received board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in January 2023. In addition, Jennifer holds a board certification in Emergency Nursing.

Jennifer has worked in a variety of settings such as colo-rectal, emergency, trauma, and clinic. She has a strong passion for patient-centered care and is dedicated to educating and promoting wellness. When she’s not providing excellent care in our office, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, shopping, and as a Florida native, naturally enjoys relaxing at the beach.

Molly Pursel, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Molly Pursel, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Molly Pursel, DNP, APRN, FNP-C began her nursing career as a nursing assistant while earning her Associate of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2011. After graduating, she moved to Orlando and worked as a Registered Nurse for 12 years in the hospital setting-working in various specialties including neurology, cardiology, and multi-system. Molly earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adventist University in 2014. She continued her nursing education by earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Central Florida in August 2023 and received her Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in September 2023.

Molly is passionate about providing quality care to her patients. She has volunteered at a free clinic for over 10 years and has been on multiple medical mission trips. When Molly is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends and going to the beach, theme parks, and theatre.
